Welcome to the Waldwick Soccer Association 2020 Online Registration ***PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING***

2020 FALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPENED

Due to uncertainties from COVID, Currently everyone is being put to a wait list this year until we know we have the needed refs and coaches as well as needed number of players in a group. BEING ON THE LIST IS NO COST FOR NOW

***WE ADVISE YOU PLACE PLAYERS ON THE LIST ASAP, IF ENOUGH FOLKS DONT PLACE SELVES ON LIST, WE WONT BE ABLE TO FIELD THAT AGE FOR SURE **

Order completion and payment  will be due, no later than the last week of August, BUT probably sooner.

Thank you.

Returning Users:  Please login with the account you created last year when you registered with Waldwick Soccer.  If you have forgotten your password, use "Forgot your password? Reset your password." underneath the login button.

For New Users:  Please Keep in mind, Participation is subject to terms of participation. There is never any assurance a given age team or teams can be fielded or that all players can be accomodate for placement on a team. This is determined by the number of players register by a specific calandar deadline in the month of May AND the number of available coaches who are willing and able to take and pass the requirements.  WSA is an independantly run, private, all volunteer run sports association / club.  Membership is conditional and subject to terms of participation.

New Logins -Once you have created your Waldwick Soccer account please record your username and password for future reference. Always fully  check out your and never leave an order in the shopping cart or you may miss out. Leaving orders in the cart, does not save a place in line.  If you encounter a wait list it is always best to get on that list.

Note: Please understand that Waldwick Soccer is unable to accomodate special placement requests by parents, players or Coaches to be with a specific coach, player or team. This includes requests to coach with specific coaches.

To register a volunteer request to be a coach:

  • First step is to REGISTER yourself within your Waldwick Soccer account as a coaching volunteer. COACHES and Assistant Coaches will have to pass a background check.
  • Coaches and Assistants will need to accept, adhers and understand the Waldwick Soccer  Coaches Code of Conduct .
  • The Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y certification ** needs to be completed BY JULY / Before AUGUST.  *PRACTICES START IN MID AUGUST*
  • ALL Waldwick Soccer COACHES AND ASSISTANT COACHES, are required to take concussion awareness training every year.  The online course only takes 10 minutes or less, is free and available online at: nfhslearn. OR CDC Heads Up Site  Once completed, you will be able to print a certificate that says you have done the necessary training. Both your Rutgers Safety certificate and Concussion Awareness certificate are required before you start coaching.  Please give these to your division coordinators before you start your first practice.  In addition, Coaches will need to attend a few periodic meetings in order to understand the operation.

Age Brackets:  All new players to WSA, must providee valid copy of a certificate of birth. Age divisions are set per NJYS & NWBSA rules.  The age divsions are by age not grade.  Players may need to be moved to the age correct division based on their birthdate.

Fees - Teams require commitments in advance in order to be fielded. Your registration is a  commitment to participate, therefore fees are generally non refundable.  Request for refunds will be reviewed by the Waldwick Soccer board later in seasonal year in November.  Late fees can not be waived.
